Disney’s Eye Found It
This is such a good game for younger children. It’s a co-operative game, and it’s everyone against the clock. At various points on the board, you have to find as many of a particular item as you can in 60 seconds. The more items you find, the quicker you jump up the board.

Pandemic
For older kids (8+), there’s a fair bit of setup for the game and (a lot of) rules to get through, but once you’re up and going there’s a lot of fun to be had in trying to stop deadly diseases worldwide. There’s a huge amount of teamwork and strategy involved so if you persevere, you’re in for a great game.

Ghost Fightin’ Treasure Hunters
Ghost Fightin’ Treasure Hunters sees players as a team of kids who enter a haunted house to collect treasures while avoiding ghosts.
The game starts out really simple and seems easy to win, but quickly escalates as ghosts start to out number players on the board - there are some fantastically fun team play elements and although the recommended age is 8+ we found our 6 year old found the game easy to pick up and play.

Unlock! Kids Detective Stories
Escape rooms but for little people! We’d never heard of the Unlock! series but it’s basically escape rooms in a box. This variation is it’s first kid friendly (6+) edition and finds everyone working together to solve puzzles, which were perfectly pitched for our 8 and 6 year old.

Outfoxed!
A really fun whodunnit game with surprising depth aimed towards younger kids that finds everyone working as a team to figure out who the thief is by travelling round the board and picking up clues. There’s a real satisfaction from watching your kids work together and slowly work out the who the culprit is whilst developing basic deduction skills.
